Jacob Busscher joined CC in 2019 after a stint of living and working internationally. Jacob analyzes the daily operations and ensures the tools and tech are working properly and efficiently for our global community. Wearing many hats over the years, he has experienced much of the internal growth first-hand and the expanding operational demands. Prior to CC, he worked 3 years as an international coordinator with Crossroads Prison Ministries to connect churches, inmates and the community in order to foster healthy, lasting relationships. He received his Master’s degree in International Business Management from the Universdad de Deusto (Bilbao, Spain) and Audencia Business School (Nantes, France). When not at work,  you can find Jacob hiking outdoors, mountain skiing, running, piano playing, reading delicious books or spending time with friends and family.
